1. Does the price include the hair?
No, our braiding prices does not include hair. Bringing your own hair to the salon DOES NOT ALTER OUR PRICES.
2. Prices listed are starting prices. What will make the price go up?
Prices can vary depending on the length or size of your braids. There is also an additional charge for extremely short hair.
3. Will I have two braiders working on my hair?
We typically try to have 2 braiders on a head so that we can cut down the time of your service but it is not guaranteed. At this time we have only 1 braider available.
4. Do I need to wash my hair prior to my appointment?
It is best to get braids on a clean head. We can wash and blow dry your hair for an additional fee of $25 or you can wash your hair prior to your appointment. If you choose to do so please make sure we can easily pass a comb through.
5. Can I request a particular braider?
You most definitely can.
6. Do you take appointments before your opening hours or after closing?
Yes, by appointment only and a fee of $50.00 is added to your cost.
7. What if I’m running late for my appointment?
It happens. But we recommend you to re-schedule your appointment, in order to not shorten it, so you can get the results you are after. We will, however, do everything to accommodate your needs. Definitely give us a call and if we can still fit you in we will gladly do so.-See late arrival policy.
8. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept both cash & cash app for final payments in person. (YOU MAY USE DEBIT OR CREDIT FOR DEPOSIT PAYMENT THROUGH OUR ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD).
9. Does your salon take walk ins?
No, our salon prides itself on being able to care for one client at a time. This shows how we truly value,respect, and appreciate each valued client. We again recommend you to schedule your appointment in advance.
10. May I bring my children?
We are a family friendly salon, however our main goal is to satisfy each client by finishing their hair service in the allotted time to prepare for our next client.Your child must be able to sit quietly while & able to govern themselves while waiting. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients who are receiving services.
11. Can clients bring food/drinks to the salon?
Yes, food and drinks(non alcoholic beverages only please) are allowed. We do have beverages and snacks for sell as well. Ask about our local restaurants, friendly delivery services.
12. Do I have to wait with my child while he or she is getting their hair done?
In order to ensure their protection, children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the salon unless they are accompanied by an adult.
13. Do you give refunds for services?
No, we do not offer refunds but we will be more than happy to tend to the clients concerns.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least a full 48 hrs so we can allocate the appointment to another Client otherwise a Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will be incurred.
If you need to re-schedule an appointment, please provide at least a full 24 hrs so we can allocate the appointment to another Client. Your deposit will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. *NOTE: This is a 1 time ONLY rescheduling service.
All scheduled clients are asked to be on time for their appointment. Due to the nature of being a BY APPOINTMENT ONLY salon, if you arrive 20 minutes late, we may have to reschedule you according to our client volume on that day. Arriving 25 minutes or more late, your booking deposit is no longer refundable!
